Hwy 11 Corridor Bus Service Starts Next Week

Hwy 11 Corridor Bus Service Starts Next Week

Hammond Transportation came before council to update them on a new trial  bus service that will be serving Huntsville, Bracebridge & Gravenhurst travelling to Orillia and Barrie, and returning twice a day.

The trial, which begins on Sept 24th will allow residents to get to doctors appointments, hospitals and schools.  Gregg Hammond says that the service will integrate with other local transportation systems and expects to determine whether the service will continue, if  its economically viable by December.
